How can I remove pop ups? To remove pop ups, please upgrade your account by purchasing a package. If you are already a VIP member and the pop ups still appear, please contact our customer service for support.
How can I watch fullscreen? To watch fullscreen, please upgrade your account by purchasing a package. If you are already a VIP member and still cannot watch fullscreen, please contact our customer service for support.
If I forget my password, what should I do? At the login section, please choose “I forgot my password” then enter your email. After that, you will receive an email in which there is a link for you to reset your password.
What should I do if the match is freezing/buffering/interrupted? Please click on the “Report link” button at the end of the match screen or contact our customer service to report errors.
Can I use 1 account on 2 or more devices? Yes, you can switch between different devices but only use your account on one device at a time only.
Can I log in using my Facebook/Gmail account? Yes. You can use your Facebook/Gmail account to log in.
What does the sales countdown timer mean? It means that if you purchase a 3-month package within the first 2 hours of registering a new membership, you just need to pay $3/month. After 2 hours, the price is $4/month.
How can I make the payment? You can pay using your visa card or Paypal account.
How can I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription? To cancel auto-renewal, please click on your Profile => Transaction history => Request unsubscription. Your account will not renew at the end of your current subscription period. You’ll receive a confirmation email after the auto-renewal is cancelled.
Can I continue watching when cancelling my subscription? When you cancel your subscription, you can continue streaming until the end of your current subscription period.
Can I use Bingsport’s services for free? As for watching sports videos, you can watch live games for free and there will be pop-ups. Or you can upgrade your account to watch live sports in HD without advertisements! Besides, you can get other types of sports content for free, including sports news, schedules, and highlights.
